Hi readers! Sorry I haven't really been posting it's because i've been busy but I am catching up. Today for this activity I had to go on this coding website and I had to solve the code and on it I had to make all sorts of different shapes.check out the game here: code.org.
I found it really challenging because it was difficult to solve the codes, I found it fun because it was my first ever playing a coding game! Also on the game each time you solve a code you move up a level and each time you move up a level it gets harder.
When I got to the fourth level I took a screenshot so you guys can kinda see what it looks like once you have finished a level. On the fourth level the shape is called a hexagon. I hope you enjoyed my post, feel free to comment.
I am a Year 7 student in the Uru MΔnuka Cluster. This is a place where I will share my learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first drafts. Remember to be positive, thoughtful and helpful when you leave me a comment.

Kia Ora Jordan!
ReplyDeleteCongratulation on another epic post for the Summer Learning journey. Coding is really fun, but as you said, it can be very challenging, especially if you haven't done it before. I remember when I first did coding in year 6, I found it super difficult because I didn't know what to do. Do you think you will be coding any more in the future?
Next time, do you think you could do a screencastify tutorial about how to do the coding. I think it would make it easier for the viewers that do not know how to code. Because it will inform them on how to code when they try themselves. Also, don't forget to mention that this is a SLJ post in the title or in the blurb you have written.
Awesome job Jordan!
Keep up the great work, I hope to see a reply or two from you!
Until next time,
- Nadia :)

I hope to see more posts from you with different Digital ways of showing your learning.
I definitely found coding to be a challenge, I have had to do it at school many times. I was never really good at it but my skills did grow.
I hope to see a reply from you soon!
Until next time
