Telling The Time ( Lesson 2)

Kia Ora readers, today in Mrs Jones maths we did our second telling the time lesson. This time we have learned about half past and o'clock. First we got told what our task was to do, then we had to watch a video about o'clock time we had to give a thumbs up if we knew which time it was here is the link to the video : Time. After that we had to go onto this google drawing and drag the text box to the right o' clock time. 

We also did another one which was half past, the o'clock one was easier for me. But the half past was medium hard. I also made a screencastify explaining what half past and o'clock means. What you can do when your stuck at home

Hi readers, today I have been thinking about what you can do at home. I said all the stuff I could think of into a screencastify. First I wrote down my ideas onto a google doc, next I did my screencastify. After that I started this blog post.

Easter Activities

Happy easter everyone, hope you have had a awesome easter. I know this is a late post but I have to do this before this week ends. By the way I haven't finished this yet so it is basically a draft. So I have done some easter stuff and I have chosen to blog about. I made a slide with a wordsearch, and easter stuff. my favorite bit was making a card for my neighbour. Homemade Apple Pie

Kia ora readers, on the 4th of April my Mum and I made some Homemade Apple pie First we got the ingredientes out the ingredients are: 1 package of puff pastry, 5 apples, half a cup of brown sugar, 1 half  teaspoon of Cinnamon.

Steps :

Step one: Peel your five apples then chop into small cubes.

Step two: Get a small pot place the apples in the pot put your half a cup  of brown sugar, then 1 and a half of  Cinnamon, put it on the stove turn on the heat at medium heat.

Step three: Let the apples cook until they are tender, when finished cooking put aside to cool down.

Step four: And then cut your puff pastry into four even squares.

Step five: Take one square of puff pastry and add one tablespoon of your apple filling.

Step six: Get a fork before you use your fork flip it over forward then use your fork firmly around the pastry and poke small holes in the top.

Step seven: Turn on oven on 2.20 celsius, and bake for between 10 to 15 minutes. Tada here comes your apple pie yummy in my tummy you can now eat your apple pie with cream and ice cream enjoy.

My favorite part was baking it because it was almost time to eat it. Feel free to comment.

Dream BedRoom MakeOver

Hey readers today I did the dream bedroom makeover activity, it says to :
 First I got some paper from a book and my tools I needed, then I started working on my dream bedroom.  After that I labeled it, next I colored it in. After making that I started this post. My favorite part was making the desk my less favorite bit was making the bed because I didn't like how the duvet looked like.

On my dream bedroom makeover I have a white desk with a black wheely chair, a ombre duvet and a white colored bed base. I also have a bookshelf, a blue rug, and a big set of draws. A small bathroom, Last but not least fairy lights over my bed. Feel free to comment.

Snowie The Snow Leopard

Hey readers, today I decided to do a story scramble, story scramble is a app that can give you story starters. And you can pick what you want to put it on, you can also add a drawing. So first I clicked on the link here it is if you want to try it : Story Scramble, then it took me a while to choose which one I wanted to write about it says : write a tv commercial advertising a young snow leopard who discovers a new city  , next I picked out what wanted to write it on I choose newspaper. Then I started writing, after that I did a drawing for it. Here is some screenshots of my steps and work.

                           

My favorite part was doing the writing my less favorite thing was making the drawing because I didn't really liked how it looked like. Feel free to comment.

Hey readers, today I finished a comprehension activity about dolphins. It had many things to do, first I made a copy of it. Then I worked on the cool activities, it took me a week to finish. My favorite part was making the t-shirt about celebrating dolphins. My less favorite thing was doing the apply use what you read bit.  Feel free to comment.

A Dog House

Hey readers, today I choose today to this activity it says to :


Since I have no paper I did it on a google slide, I drawed some stuff that I know that a dog definitely needs. Then I looked on google to see if there was anything I forgot to put on my slide. Once I finished that I colored it in and made sure I made it how I liked it. After that I made this blog post.

My favorite part about doing this was challenging myself. The less favorite thing was, making the dog leash because it was hard to make it. Feel free to comment.

Toucan Drawing

Hey readers this is another homeschooling activity, I was looking around the site and I saw drawing tutorials I like doing drawing at home so that is perfect for me. I looked at the tutorials and I saw a Toucan tutorial and the bird looks pretty cool. So first I checked my house to see if there was any paper but there wasn't so then I got some cardboard and used that. Next I tried to do the tutorial it was pretty challenging and easy. After that I colored it in, it took me a while, because it was quite a lot of coloring needed.

My favorite bit about this was coloring the beck in because I go to mix colors together. My less favorite thing was making the green thingys, the green things were supposed to be like
Palm leaves. Feel free to comment.

Animal town

Hey readers,  today I choose to do this activity it is were I have to make a picture of what it would look like in animal town supermarket. First I got some lined paper and looked on google to get some inspiration then I found a image and kind of made it look the same but added more. Such as the animals, I added chicken, mouse, ext ext.  After that I colored it in, then I started this post.

My favorite part about this activity was making the animals my less favorite thing was coloring it in. What I found challenging was drawing everything.  here is my work>>>>>>> feel free to comment!
