Kia Ora Readers!
Today for feel good Friday we sort of looked back on what we did on last Friday. After we talked about gratitude, It's about thinking of things we appreciate having no matter how big or small they are. Once we finished doing that we got the choice to pick if we wanted to use a template of a flower or make it yourself, I personally used the template.
Once I made a copy of the template I got to work, It was challenging to think of the things I'm truly
grateful for. Sometimes you can even be grateful for things you get annoyed with and sometimes it's hard to say that you are grateful for it. My favourite part of this activity was adding what I'm grateful for.

Our Amazing brain.
Kia Ora readers, today with Miss W we read a page on a site, all about the parts of your brain it was really fun to learn about. Once we did this we had to watch a video about mindfulness here is the link to it: Mindful. My favorite part of this activity was doing my drawing of the brain and stuff.
