Activity 2: K-pop heroes

Hi readers this is another SLJ activity today I choose to do this kPop activity it says to :

If you would like to watch the cbs sunday morning video here is the link: CBS Sunday Morning Special about BTS. On a google slide I put what I like and think about BTS.

If you don't know what Bts is it is a korean boy band. It is a K-pop band that does realllly good songs. And it has really good music videos for there songs, and they are really famous.

BTS also made their own stuffed toys, they are called BT21. there is also some BT21 keychains which is very convenient. I like how BTS expresses their  songs. What I found easy was adding all the info in the slide. What I found hard was finding new things to add.

you can skip this bit if you know what the summer learning journey is.

The summer learning journey is where you do  blogging you  do so you don't go down the summer slide.

what is the summer slide?
The summer slide is what you go down during the long summer break
it makes you lose 1 month of reading and writing and lots more.
If you go down the summer slide it will take a long time for you too get back to your right level of your learning. So we do the Summer Learning Journey to keep up our right level of learning journey.

So this group of people decided to make the summer learning journey
and also you can call it SLJ it is short for Summer Learning Journey. So kids don't go down lots of levels in their learning it can also make kids go up in learning.

So if you do the summer learning journey it might help you with your learning and make you learn something new. The foundents that participate in it is : Next foundation ,Wright family foundation, Hugo charitable trust, and Manaiakalani the hook from heaven.

It's me Nadia, here again to comment on another one of your epic blog posts for the 2020 SLJ.
Great job on this blog post Jordan, you have taken the advice that a lot of different commenters have been giving you. You have also done a great job of making sure that you include links to where you got your images from, great job.

Next time, do you think you could create a poster as a different form of showing your work instead of slideshows like I have seen you do in the past. I think broadening the forms of digital work that you do will definitely benefit you in High School. What other digital poster making websites do you know of?

Excellent job at completing another great post for the SLJ- keep up the great work
I hope to see a reply or two from you, remember, with each comment you respond to, you get more points,
    Great job Jordan
    Until next time
    - Nadia :)

  2. Hey Jordan,

What an awesome post! You seem to know a lot about BTS. Had you heard their music before doing this Summer Learning Journey activity?

I just wanted to let you know that the SLJ programme officially finishes next Friday (January 24th) so there's still plenty of time for you to have a go at a few more activities or, if you have the time, even complete the entire programme! I've really enjoyed reading your posts so I'd love to see more.

    Have a wonderful afternoon, Jordan.

Until next time, happy blogging! :)

    2. Hi Jordan!

Do you have a favourite song? Or a favourite band member?

We (the SLJ Blog Commenters) had two weeks off over Christmas and New Years and I spent that time in Wellington and in the Coromandel. I've also been making weekend trips up to the Bay of Islands to visit my family up there. What have you been doing over the holidays? Other than posting amazing SLJ activities and comments. :)

      Have a wonderful Wednesday! :)

      Blog ya later,

      Mikey

Heloo Jordan it's me Riansha from Hornby High School/that use to go to south hornby school, first i just want to say, I LOVE BTS, it's my favourite thing to listen to, my step sister likes it too, we danced to it one time being really stupid, but it was fun, can you do more k-pop stuff please i love it so much, next time you could add more heros like, blackpink or Got7 or big bang and more! I would love to see more post's from you, beacsue in my opinion you are a good blogger, y because you write big blurbs just like a good blogger, and I also like how you told your readers what the summer learning journey is all about after you posted about your BTS slideshow, maybe next time you could add more slides about BTS or more facts about them, or more songs/pictures.

Whats your favourite BTS song? Mine is Fake Love, and I also like some songs from blackpink, like Let's Kill This Love, annd hit you with that du dudu, and many more songs from k-pop, did you know the song u like is first on google if you search "most popular k-pop songs, so I think ur favourite song is the most popular, anyways I know I wrote alot but just want to say GOOD JOB!
