Shaping up- What I know so farπŸ“ŠπŸ“

 Hello Readers,

 Shaping up is a subject I have had this year, it is about reading and maths. For the maths side of shaping up we have been learning about geometry. We got put into  four groups the groups are: Pizza, Nacho, Waffle and Chocolate. My group Waffle, has been learning about the transformation part of geometry. I learned about reflection, rotation, enlargement, and translation. 

The specific parts I have learn't about for reflection is what changes when you put something up to a mirror, and how you reflect a shape without putting a shape up to a mirror. I learn't that rotation changes the shape quite a lot no matter how far you rotate it. Enlargement is when you make the whole shape bigger by using the squares on a maths book to help you. Translation is when you move a shape without rotating or changing anything about it.
