Activity Nineteen! Of WLJ!

Kia Ora Readers! 
For the second to last activity for the Winter Learning Journey, I chose to pick activity 19. It said to make a hut and where it would be located, whats in the hut, and who's invited to come. First, I got some paper out and then I looked at some huts to get an idea. After that I got my pencils and more plus a ruler. Next I drew a ladder which was quiet tricky. Then I drew the roof of the hut and body. 

Doing the inside bit was easy and fun. The outside bit was challenging especially the ladder. Have you ever made a hut design? 

Where is my hut located:
- 24 Oakland street (this is not my address)

What days you can come:

-School Holidays  10 am to 10 pm 

-Monday to Friday after school ( 4 o'clock)

- Teacher only days any time.

Activity One! Of WLJ

Hey Readers! Another post today of "WLJ" I choose to do Activity One. It said to make a slide and list Ten things you can ONLY do in Winter! First I went onto drive and made a slide. Next I added the background then the text and my pixton avatar to make it more interesting. Once I finished doing the title slide I started to research about some sports you can ONLY do in Winter.  When I found my first one which was "skiing" I added a new slide and added the word ""skiing with a photo! 

I added all of my ten Sports then I checked all of the slides to make sure it made sences. They were all perfect then I embed the slide to this post. Finding the sports tricky because I had to find ten sports and make sure it's played in Winter. Making sure everything was perfect was easy and adding the slide to this post!

Activity Six! Of WLJ

Kia Ora Readers! Continuing on with the "WLJ", Today I choose to do Activity Six it said to make a google drawing of your dream destinnation.  First I went onto drive and made a google drawing. Next I started to look on google to figure my dream destinnation. Once I found my dream destinnation I started to draw it. I also looked at the image to make sure it looked like it. For the drawing I used curved line, line, and scribble,shapes, etc.  

Once I finished adding all of the different parts I added the background and moon. Making the black thing under bridge hard because the lines were complacating. Making the buildings and trees were verrrry easy. My dream destinnation is ......... Florida!

Five Reasons why I want to go to Florida!

1- I can go to disneyland,

2- Sanibel Island  because it looks like a really pretty beach, and watch the sunset.

3- Go on a boat and look around,

4- The water park called adventure island!

5- last but not least, it's mostly hot so I can experiance that because where I live it's quiet cold. So I would go in Winter.

Activity Seventeen! of WLJ!

Kia Ora Readers!

Today I  for the WLJ I choose to do activity Seventeen. I first looked at the description, it explained: 

Next I went onto a drawing website it's called "Auto Draw." Started thinking about what I like to do in Winter.   Figured out my answer which was "Hot Coco," I drawed a mug first and then I found a better mug so I clicked.  "Colour" Next I started colouring in the mug. Once I finished colouring it in I did the finishing touches. After that I saved the image then went onto " Bg Remover." I made a new google drawing then added the mug to the google drawing. Once I did that I changed the background first I changed it to a pastel blue then I added snow by using white dots. Then I downloaded the google drawing.  Thinking about what I like to do in Winter was easy.

Activity Three of Winter Learning Journey!

Hey Readers!
Today for this "Winter Learning Journey" activity I choose to do activity three. First I read the description it said " find out about a warm place you could visit ( when we can fly out of the country). Find where you could stay and three activites you can do. Make a brouche telling us about it. Next I made a broucher on canva and then I resarched about some places I could pick from. My choices were : Oahu Hawaii, Phoenix Arizona, and Honolulu Hawaii. After awhile of thinking I choose to do Oahu Hawaii!  Once I finished doing that I found a place to stay in Oahu Hawaii. The Hotel is called:  Embassy Suites by Hilton Oahu Kapolei. After that I found some activites that you can do in Oahu Hawaii. 

Once I finished everthing I added a nice background then made sure it all made sence. If you haven't tried canva before here is the link : Canva. Finding the images for the activites was tricky because it wasn't really coming up with the right ones. Adding everthing to the Brochure was very easy because I had already resarched about it. Have you ever made a Brochure ? It was my first time making one, and I think I will defently use a brochure to share my learning next time.

Activty Nine of Winter Learning Journey

Kia Ora Readers!
For this "Winter Learning Journey" activity Today I had to list all of the Winter sports in Abc order. I choose to do this on a bite-able. First I picked the background for the first sence, and then I added the tite and the rest of the text. After that I reaserched the winter sports I started with A and then I found this website with abc order olimpic winter sports so I used some of thoose. Once I finished adding all of my text I added my Music. Then I checked that all of sences were perfect. After that I downloaded the video, and waited. Once it all loaded I downloaded, "ahh it's finished" so then I put on this post. Finding the winter sports in abc order was challenging, waiting for the music and video to load was easy. Activity fif-teen of winter Learning Journey

Kia Ora Everyone!

Once again another "Winter Learning Journey" post. For this activity it says : if the answer is 50 penguins , what could the question be? come up with at least three different ways to work this out. I thought three questions weren't enough so I choose to do ten. First I made a bite-a-ble then I added the little sence's next the words. When I finished adding everthing I watched the video and made sure it had good punctuation. 

Once I did that I downloaded the video I waited for it to be 100% loaded. Then I added the video to this post. I found doing this blog post easy.  Doing the bite-a-ble was challenging for me because figuring out the answer to the question was tricky. Have you ever made a Bite-a-ble?
